L1A Visa Petition with Amendment Approved!

Our client, an L1A visa holder, retained our services for an extension just before his visa was about to expire, despite the challenge that his job position and duties had changed significantly. With only three weeks remaining, we expedited the preparation of his case and filed Form I-129 petition with an amendment to reflect the changes in his job responsibilities.

Within two months, the L1A visa extension with the amendment was approved without a Request for Evidence (RFE). We are proud to have achieved this excellent outcome for our client!
